Try HIIT Yoga. Free!

I’m beyond thrilled that you’re interested in HIIT Yoga and The Sculpt Social - this first class is on me!! Get ready to sweat, sculpt, and get your heart rate up in this total body, 45-minute workout.

YOU WILL NEED: A set of light and heavy weights (3 lbs and 5 lbs), but weights are always optional. A mat, a sweat towel, a water bottle and I highly suggest wearing a set of wireless earbuds to help you tune out distractions. Note: In S|S classes, we wear our sneakers to give our joints a little extra support in cardio bursts...but you do you!

Each class is designed to challenge you mentally and physically, but it’s always up to you how you decide to push yourself. Listen to your body - you can modify anything. Move at your own pace, drop weights, add weights and know that it is a process. Show up where you are, be proud of yourself and know that every day is different! You are exactly where you need to be, today!
