Need accountability and like to sweat with a group? Join our weekly LIVE IN THE ZOOM S|S Express (45 min) classes Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 am!
Not a morning person but need the accountability? Register for a Live class and you’ll receive a recording of the class once class wraps that’s available for 24 hours so you can sweat on your own time.

Do you like to work out on your own time and choose classes that fit your mood? The S|S Digital monthly membership is for you! You’ll get unlimited access to our video library that’s full of classes of different levels, time lengths, themes and more. New content added monthly!

In-Studio
Join Carrie in her home studio for the ultimate S|S experience. In Studio classes are 60 minutes and include personalized instruction, a lil’ heat, and a cold lavender towel to top it off. Walk away feeling like a new person!
